Be1Make1 Women's Ministry Story
Be1Make1 was founded with a simple but deeply biblical vision: to help believers obey Jesus’ command to make disciples by equipping them to disciple others one person at a time. What began as a burden placed on the heart of Randy Holland, to see discipleship take root and multiply in local churches—quickly grew beyond a single context and into a movement serving churches and ministries across the country.
As Be1Make1 conferences were introduced in churches, something unexpected and encouraging began to happen. While men were being trained and equipped on the men’s side of the ministry, many of their wives', women already walking faithfully with Christ and investing in others, expressed a desire to be trained and sent in the same way. They saw the need. They understood the call. And they wanted to be equipped to disciple women biblically, intentionally, and relationally.
Out of that desire, Be1Make1 Women was born.
Be1Make1 Women exists to equip women to engage in one-to-one, generational discipleship rooted in Scripture and lived out in everyday life. Through conferences and training, we help women gain practical tools, biblical confidence, and a clear vision for walking alongside other women in faith—teaching them to follow Christ and to disciple others in turn.
Our heart is not to create programs, but to cultivate faithfulness. We believe discipleship is best lived out through intentional relationships, grounded in God’s Word, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and multiplied through obedience. When women are equipped to disciple women, the church is strengthened, families are impacted, and the gospel is faithfully passed on to the next generation.
This is our story, and it continues to be written as women step into the call to Be one. Make one.
